How do you count the 24 hours?
From the confirmation (design/size/flavours + payment) within the working hours (09-17). If confirmed after 17:00, the count starts at 09:00 on the next working day.
Is it possible to order with edible photo in 24h?
Yes, if we receive the file in high resolution before 12:00 on the day of confirmation. Please send it in JPG/PNG with good resolution.
Natural flowers in 24h?
Subject to availability on the day. If not available, we offer an equivalent alternative (rosettes, macaroons, pearls).
Delivery outside 09-17 hours?
