How far in advance should I book?
For standard designs, from 48 hours on selected models. For complex designs or peak dates, we recommend 1-2 weeks.
Can you make figures equal to a person?
We do standard figures (not hyper-realistic). We adapt skin and hair colourbut we do not reproduce exact facial features.
Can fondant be combined with natural flowers?
Yes, we can use treated natural flowers or fondant flowers, depending on the style and season.
Do you deliver?
Mainly shop pick-up (Arganzuela). For one-off celebrations, please consult us for delivery availability.
How to preserve the cake before serving?
Keep in a cool place; in hot months, refrigerate. Withdraws 30-45 min before serving for better texture.

At Rosy Cakes Madrid fondant allows us to create smooth surfaces, defined colours and volume details for a cake that looks as good as it tastes. We work to order with quality ingredients, taking care of the structure, flavour and transport, so that your cake arrives perfect at the time of the celebration.
Tell us the date, the number of guests and the theme. We propose flavours, size and design, and prepare a production plan for you to enjoy without worries. Most orders are handled with shop pick-up (Arganzuela). If you need something special, write us by WhatsApp and we will see it together.
