Paella Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 400 g bomba rice
  • 2 litres of meat or chicken stock
  • 500 g shellfish (shrimp, mussels, clams, etc.)
  • 300 g meat or chicken (tenderloin, diced chicken, etc.)
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 chopped tomato
  • 1/2 chopped green pepper
  • 1/2 chopped red pepper
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1 teaspoon saffron
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation:

  1. Heat the beef or chicken stock in a large pot.
  2. Season the meat or chicken with salt and pepper.
  3. In a large frying pan, sauté the onion, garlic, tomato, green pepper and red pepper.
  4. Add the meat or chicken and stir-fry for a few more minutes.
  5. Add the rice and saffron and stir-fry for a few more minutes.
  6. Pour in the beef or chicken stock and cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the rice is cooked.
  7. Add the seafood and cook for a few more minutes.
  8. Serve the paella hot.
