Paella Recipe
Ingredients:
- 400 g bomba rice
- 2 litres of meat or chicken stock
- 500 g shellfish (shrimp, mussels, clams, etc.)

- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 chopped tomato
- 1/2 chopped green pepper
- 1/2 chopped red pepper
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 teaspoon saffron
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation:
- Heat the beef or chicken stock in a large pot.
- Season the meat or chicken with salt and pepper.
- In a large frying pan, sauté the onion, garlic, tomato, green pepper and red pepper.
- Add the meat or chicken and stir-fry for a few more minutes.
- Add the rice and saffron and stir-fry for a few more minutes.
- Pour in the beef or chicken stock and cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the rice is cooked.
- Add the seafood and cook for a few more minutes.
